Motocyklové řetězy jsou vyrobeny z vynikající oceli, jako je 40Mn, 30CrMnTi a 20Mn. Po ražení, řezání, válcování, tváření za studena a dalších procesech s využitím vysoce přesných strojů a zařízení jsou díly zpracovány a zpevněny izotermickou karbonitridací a následně ošetřeny proti korozi. Nakonec je řetěz smontován, nýtován, předtažen a zkontrolován automatickou montážní a kontrolní linií dovezenou ze Zhejiangu, aby byl zajištěn kvalifikovaný výkon každého řetězu.
