Probl\u00e9m nebyl v tom, \u017ee byla pou\u017eita nerezov\u00e1 ocel 304 \u2013 ale v tom, \u017ee nerezov\u00e1 ocel 304 je n\u00e1chyln\u00e1 ke \u0161t\u011brbinov\u00e9 korozi vyvolan\u00e9 chloridy a prom\u00fdvac\u00ed voda v tomto z\u00e1vod\u011b obsahovala 180 ppm chlorid\u016f z mo\u0159sk\u00e9 vody pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 v chladic\u00edch n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00edch na krevety. Pro toto specifick\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed byla po\u017eadovanou jakost\u00ed nerezov\u00e1 ocel 316L \u2013 kter\u00e1 obsahuje molybden pro odolnost v\u016f\u010di chlorid\u016fm \u2013 nikoli 304. Rozd\u00edl v n\u00e1kladech na materi\u00e1l mezi t\u011bmito dv\u011bma jakostmi u t\u00e9to velikosti ozuben\u00e9ho kola byl p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 15%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 22px 0;\">Specifikace nerezov\u00e9ho \u0159et\u011bzov\u00e9ho kola vy\u017eaduje t\u0159i rozhodnut\u00ed nad r\u00e1mec jednoduch\u00e9ho v\u00fdb\u011bru materi\u00e1lu: spr\u00e1vnou jakost nerezov\u00e9 oceli pro korozn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, spr\u00e1vnou povrchovou \u00fapravu pro hygienick\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed a spr\u00e1vn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k maz\u00e1n\u00ed na rozhran\u00ed \u0159et\u011bzu a \u0159et\u011bzov\u00e9ho kola.
