pignon ?<\/h2>\n<p>Un pignon \u00e0 jeu est un pignon \u00e0 plusieurs dents. Ces dents sont dispos\u00e9es \u00e0 intervalles irr\u00e9guliers sur la circonf\u00e9rence ext\u00e9rieure du pignon. Le fond des espaces entre les dents est arqu\u00e9 et relie les faces oppos\u00e9es de dents adjacentes.<br \/>Le diam\u00e8tre du jeu de la roue dent\u00e9e est sup\u00e9rieur au diam\u00e8tre du profil de dent ISO. Ceci permet aux rouleaux de s'engager sur les faces avant des dents sans provoquer de d\u00e9sengagement. Il en r\u00e9sulte une r\u00e9duction des chocs et du bruit.<br \/>Comme le montre la figure 2, le pignon 11 pr\u00e9sente une face avant (11a) et une face arri\u00e8re (12b). Les dents sont reli\u00e9es par une ligne partant du centre de rotation O du pignon et rejoignant le centre du fond de l'entrefer (13). La surface de la dent du pignon est un arc convexe de rayon constant. Les rayons re<sub>12a<\/sub> et re<sub>12b<\/sub> sont sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 re<sub>8<\/sub> du profil de dent ISO.<br \/>Outre le pas des dents, les pignons ISO sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s de cha\u00eenes standard. Cette cha\u00eene est d\u00e9finie par la norme ISO 606:1994 (E). La ligne de pas du pignon est d\u00e9sign\u00e9e par pc. La hauteur de la t\u00eate de dent (ha) est mesur\u00e9e \u00e0 partir du polygone du pas.<br \/>G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, le pignon est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 l'arbre \u00e0 l'aide d'une ou plusieurs vis de blocage.
