Objedn\u00e1vka bola kv\u00f4li efekt\u00edvnosti zl\u00fa\u010den\u00e1 s jedn\u00fdm dod\u00e1vate\u013eom. Ke\u010f ozuben\u00e9 koles\u00e1 dorazili, nikto si nev\u0161imol, \u017ee polovica objedn\u00e1vky bola s\u00e9rie 94 a polovica s\u00e9rie 95. Ozuben\u00e9 koles\u00e1 s\u00e9rie 95 boli nain\u0161talovan\u00e9 na pohon, ktor\u00fd poh\u00e1\u0148al re\u0165az s\u00e9rie 94. Do 320 hod\u00edn sa re\u0165az na tomto pohone zah\u00e1kla na ka\u017edom \u0161tvrtom zube a musela by\u0165 vyraden\u00e1 z prev\u00e1dzky. Celkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na nespr\u00e1vnu identifik\u00e1ciu: n\u00e1hradn\u00e1 re\u0165az, n\u00fadzov\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca, 18 hod\u00edn nepl\u00e1novan\u00e9ho prestoja a n\u00e1klady na samotn\u00e9 nespr\u00e1vne ozuben\u00e9 koles\u00e1.
