Preto v\u00fdrobcovia kvalitn\u00fdch re\u0165az\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa okraje otvorov s kontrolovan\u00fdm polomerom a po vyrazen\u00ed dosky brokuj\u00fa: tlakov\u00e9 zvy\u0161kov\u00e9 nap\u00e4tie na povrchu otvoru odol\u00e1va vzniku \u00fanavov\u00fdch trhl\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: clamp(14px,1.5vw+10px,17px); margin: 0 0 18px 0;\">Vonkaj\u0161ia spojovacia doska sl\u00fa\u017ei na kon\u0161truk\u010dne podobn\u00fd \u00fa\u010del, ale je nalisovan\u00e1 na spojovacie \u010dapy, a nie na puzdr\u00e1. V skuto\u010dnosti sa vn\u00fatorn\u00fd otvor puzdra opotrebov\u00e1va o povrch \u010dapu po\u010das mili\u00f3nov cyklov k\u013abov\u00e9ho spojenia, \u010d\u00edm sa zvy\u0161uje efekt\u00edvny priemer v\u00f4le medzi \u010dapom a puzdrom. Ka\u017ed\u00fd spoj \u010dapu a puzdra, ktor\u00fd sa opotrebuje o 0,05 mm, prid\u00e1va 0,05 mm k efekt\u00edvnemu rozstupu dan\u00e9ho \u010dl\u00e1nku. Hranica pred\u013a\u017eenia 3% pod\u013ea ANSI B29.1 existuje, preto\u017ee za t\u00fdmto bodom sa rozstup re\u0165aze u\u017e nezhoduje s rozstupovou kru\u017enicou ozuben\u00e9ho kolesa a re\u0165az sa za\u010d\u00edna pohybova\u0165 po \u0161pi\u010dk\u00e1ch zubov, namiesto toho, aby sa usadila v kore\u0148och zubov.<\/div>\n<p style=\"font-size: clamp(14px,1.5vw+10px,17px); margin: 0 0 18px 0;\">Ten\/T\u00e1\/To <strong>vo\u013en\u00fd valec<\/strong> je komponent, ktor\u00fd odli\u0161uje val\u010dekov\u00fa re\u0165az od puzdrovej re\u0165aze.
