The tool its self is manufactured from high-quality tool-grade steel and uses heavy-duty precision comp1nts for long-term performance and multiple uses. Chain & Sprocket Pin Pusher Tool Instructions
Assembly Step 1:Place the pin pusher tool in the correct position with the pin aligned with the hole. Important Step 1 Note: When aligning the tool with attachment links pay close attention to the notch location on the link it’s self and the tool position, make sure the tool is positi1d like the photo above. Assembly Step 2:Once everything is aligned, turn the handle to press the pin in. Assembly Step 3:Simply continue to turn the handle until the pin is completely pressed into the link. At this point the pin assembly is complete. Disassembly Step 1:Align the pin of the tool with the pin of the chain & sprocket on the side of the chain & sprocket that is not notched. Important Step 1 Note: When aligning the tool with attachment links pay close attention to the notch location on the link it’s self and the tool position, make sure the tool is positi1d like the photo above. Disassembly Step 2:Turn the handle to begin pushing the pin out of the chain & sprocket. Disassembly Step 3: Continue to push until the pin is all the way out and safe to remove.
