What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity for stocked items. You can order a single sprocket or a single metre of chain. Custom-machined items have a practical minimum of 1 piece with no surcharge for standard keyway dimensions.

How do I confirm the correct chain series before ordering?

Provide three measurements from the existing chain: (1) Pin-to-pin pitch — between centres of two adjacent pins. (2) Roller (barrel) diameter — outer diameter of the cylindrical element. (3) Inner link width — clear distance between inner link plates.
These three dimensions unambiguously identify the chain series and the correct sprocket tooth profile, preventing the most common error: confusing ANSI #35 with ISO 06B (same pitch, different roller diameter, incompatible tooth profiles).

Can you machine a custom bore from your stock sprockets?

Yes — custom bore machining is a standard service. Any bore size up to the maximum listed can be machined before despatch. Keyways are cut to ASME B17.1 (inch) or DIN 6885 (metric) standard for the bore size, or to customer drawing if non-standard.
Custom bore adds 2–3 business days. No surcharge for standard keyway dimensions. Set screw tapping available for B-Hub configurations at no extra cost.

Do you provide material certificates for food-grade or GMP applications?

Yes. For stainless steel sprockets and chain, we provide ASTM A276 (or equivalent) material test certificates on request at no extra cost. Certificates must be specified at order placement — they cannot always be retrieved retrospectively.
For UHMW non-metallic components, we provide an FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 compliance declaration. For ISO 13485-regulated applications, we also provide batch traceability documentation.

I have a discontinued part number — can you make a replacement?

Frequently yes. Most "discontinued" engineer class and specialty sprocket numbers can be cross-referenced to current ANSI, ISO, or proprietary series. Send the original part number, the machine brand and model, and ideally a photo of the worn sprocket next to a ruler.
If the original part number is completely unknown, provide the three chain measurements (pitch, roller diameter, inner width) and the sprocket tooth count and bore. Korea Ever-Power will manufacture the replacement from these dimensions without requiring the original part number.

What is the difference between QD and taper lock sprocket mounting?

QD (Quick-Detachable): Split flanged bushing. Tightening screws draw the bushing flange against the sprocket hub face, gripping the shaft and securing the sprocket simultaneously. Removal uses the same screws in extraction holes — no puller required. Takes 3–5 minutes. Best for frequent format changes.
Taper Lock: Split tapered sleeve that generates radial clamping force. Provides more precise concentric positioning. Better for semi-permanent installations. European metric versions (06B system) use DIN 6885 keyways and are not interchangeable with American inch-bore QD bushings of the same series number.
